Who we are
TopTrades FX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). We're the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: l1t985@yahoo.com.
What we collect and why

We don't sell personal data, and this website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may set strictly necessary security cookies. Visit counts: to see which pages are useful, we count page views and clicks on our app, Telegram, FTMO and Risk Plan links without cookies. We record only the page, the date and time, the website that sent you (its name only), any campaign tag in the link, your country (from our host) and whether the visit looks automated. We don't store your IP address, device details or anything that identifies you, and we don't follow you across visits or other sites. The counts are kept for up to 12 months.
Email list
Email list (Gold Risk Plan): if you sign up, we store your email address, optional first name, the date/time, the page you signed up on and a record of your consent, in a Cloudflare D1 database. We use it to send the guide and occasional TopTrades FX education emails. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us; we'll then delete your details (we may keep a minimal suppression record so we don't email you again). We keep list data until you unsubscribe or for up to 24 months after you last opened or clicked an email. We don't sell or share it, except with service providers that help us run the list.
Videos (YouTube)
Our videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you tap a video. When you do, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and Google/YouTube may store information on your device and process data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. If you'd rather not, use the link to watch on YouTube instead, or don't play the video.
The TopTrades FX app
The free app at app.toptradesfx.com has its own privacy notice.
Telegram
Our community runs on Telegram, a separate service with its own privacy policy. When you join, group admins and members can see your Telegram name, username, profile photo (depending on your settings) and anything you post. We don't export or sell member data.
How long we keep it
Emails: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we need them longer for a legal reason. Host logs: as set by Cloudflare's own retention policies.
Sharing and international transfers
We use service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Yahoo (email) and, only if you play a video, Google/YouTube. Some may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Email us to make a request; we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
