Terms of use.
Last updated: 4 October 2026. By using this website or the TopTrades FX community you agree to these terms.
1. Education only
Everything TopTrades FX publishes, on this website, in the app, on Telegram and on social media, is general educational information and market commentary. It is not personal advice, investment advice, a trade recommendation, or an offer or invitation to buy or sell any investment. TopTrades FX is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
2. Your decisions and your risk
You're responsible for your own trading and financial decisions. Trading CFDs, spread bets and forex is high risk and you can lose money quickly. Calculator results in the app are estimates for learning; always check figures with your own provider. Please read our risk warning.

5. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep content accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it's complete, current or error-free, and market information can change quickly. We may change or remove content, or pause the website, app or community, at any time.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TopTrades FX isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, our content, including trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales.
